JL Audio, MTX, MB Quart, Alpine, Kicker allmake subgs in your price range.

There are many more and we all have our own opinion on which ones are the best.

Right now I like JL Audio and MTX, although if I had the money Hertz is what I would get. 94

Sub enclosure about $40 if you build your own out 3/4" MDF board or you could buy those pre-fabricated ones from a stereo shop. Quality won't be as good though compared to building your own.
