Default Air in Fuel Lines? Hard start, sometimes...

Ok guys I have an ls swap in my 90 si and out of the blue it starts having a hard time starting... it takes a lot of cranking to get it to even fire (probably a good 10 seconds), and when it does fire it sputters for a little while and farts out the intake like timing would be off. Then by the time I am at the end of my driveway and start driving its running normal and runs great... if I leave the car sit for about 4 hours and try to start it up it will do the same thing but if I just go into a store and come back out it will start normal.

-I know it has good spark, because it starts on starting fluid or gas if I pour it down the intake.
-I know timing is dead on, both ignition and cam to crank timing.
-I know compression is good. 185 across the board
-I have 40 psi of fuel pressure at the exit of the fuel filter, and the filter is new and has no leaks.

Sooo, I have sort of come to the conclusion that I have some sort of fuel leak or I have air that keeps getting into the fuel system...
I am wondering if anyone has had this problem and can give me a little insight, because I am still a little unsure about what the problem is?

Oh and I know there are little wire mesh screens on the top of the injectors, do these ever get clogged?

I am tired of having a car that doesn't run right

I have the same issue currently w/ my ITR.

I concluded my problem was in my wiring harness itself causing 2 injectors to run hay wire.

Get a noid light kit and plug it into each injector and see which one is off. Or get a stethoscope and take a listen to your injectors to figure which one is off.

The noid light will help you figure if your wiring is the issue or your injector is the issue.

Places like auto zone should rent them. Harbor freight carrys them for like 8 bucks. Most of your tool supply places will carry noid lights

So I replaced my injectors because when I took them out 2 had cracked nozzles. I put it back together and still had a hard start. So that almost confirms I have an electrical problem, awesome...
