hey i got a 90 accord.when i bought the car it had a 96 f22b1 sv swap wit a cracked block.so i swaped it out and put a 99 f23a1 motor and tranny in.the starts and idles fine.but the car wont rev past 5500,the vtec is not kicking in and their is a field sfc vtec controller wired in to the harness.and i dont know **** about it "never had to use one".also when i went to check the ecu its a 90 ex-r and there was 5 plugs.3 in the ecu and 2 extra.i have never seen that before.if anyone has any suggestion im open. or if anyone know how to do wiring i dont mind paying.347-262-9331
