Default Big brake guys how often u replace your pads?

Friend of mine made a good point, due to the slots in the rotors on aftermarket rotors the pads would wear faster, im wondering how often do you guys change them on daily driven BBK setups? Im looking at the D2 6 pot setup. I wont be racing a whole lot or any hard braking just normal wear and tear 12,000 a year millage give or take.

depending on the set-up you can usually get just plane rotors without any slots.

why do you need 6 piston calipers for DD. Just get some Hawk HPS pads, new fluid, and rotors. If thats not enough go with one of the OEM honda upgrades in the FAQ
