Default B16 Swap into 4dr ED help!! (AXLE)

I have a 91 dx four door i just swapped in a B16, i do have to admit i dont get on here much to post but instead to gather info and i must say with out Honda tech i would not have been able to do the wiring so thanks for that. But for this one i couldnt find the answer... My car has been running good but my axle started popping out of the tranny as of yesterday, its a bran new 92 teg non abs axle, i removed the dust shields and it stays in for a while after ive put it in but this morning on my way to work it did it again, it was under strong load when it happened though, now that this has happened a 2nd time my 5th gear is starting to pop out randomly while driving,,,, what could be causing this??!!! do i need to add more tranny fluid? a flush, wrong axle? ne help would be appreciated thanks..

I always used a 90-91 Integra axle. That could be the problem. I'm not the most tech savvy person here though...

i use 89 teggy axles. but it sounds like the snap ring at the end of the axle that goes into the transmission is bad, bent or fallen off/missing.

Check the end of the axle to see if its worn smooth if it is get another axle and when you put it back in make sure its in all the way, sounds like you diden't install it properly.
