Heater blowing cold?

Icon6 Heater blowing cold?

Last Year i rear ended a car with my civic. Ever since then my heater never work. Where would i look for the problem? I have a new swap which is JDM D15B VTEC into a 91 hatch.. would i check to blower motor?

the heater hose valve in the engine compartment on the firewall might not be opening when you switch it to the hot side on your climate control. its connected in direct with your heater hoses.
