Default idle gone bad whanabee 2 step?

check out my vid bro im in need of some help smog is around the corner looking for a quick fix iacv cleanning maby its 90 crx not si but the engine is
d16ya block mix with vtech head ecu anknow to lazy some loose cable by alternater maby catalys?
throwing code 14
when im at idle and turn on my vtech switch idle drops by 50-100 rpm same when i turn on my lights after warmup and 20 min drive or so car starts up fast ans fine//

i can't even begin to comprehend what it is you're trying to say. you have your vtec solenoid hooked up to a switch? *facepalm*

yes i know my english is crap dnt give me greff
if you seen the video just tell me whats going wrong and why do i have to give it gas threw the throttle body to correct my idle

and yes i do have my vtech hookd up to a switch

got it guys it turned out when i was looking threw the iacv cleaning faq my sencer wire wasint connected now im geting a stedy idle at 1k

and no more code 14 woot

so after connecting the wire to the iacv i noticed that ther was no code after driving it around the city looking for some runs, around 9 ish pm i double checkd my ecu to see if it was throwing any codes, it turnes out from going to code 14 now its throwing code 12?
any ideas why it wasint throwing that code before ?
and i also noticed when i get into first from a stop only rarely it boggs on me like i give it gas and from a stop and go i keep it stedy and it cuts out on like,, 3k rpm and stop then gas kicks in agian maby misfire>? thanks beanesand rice
