Default jdm p30 ecu auto to manual convertion

I did a search and didnt find it only herd of people doing it to the usdm ecu so I figure ill post how to do it on a small auto jdm p30.

The reason why I did it its because it was giving me a cel code 19 witch is A/T lock-up control solenoid and it comes on because of the sensor on A/T trany so what I did was

This is how a jdm p30 looks like

But you want to open the back side to do the job here is a pic of the location look for Rp17 and Rp18 and thats where you will be working.

Open up the back side of the ecu
Find RP17 and unsolder it
Find RP18 and unsolder it
Use a small wire to jump RP18
Thats all
took me like 10 mins to do the whole thing its pretty easy

I put it back on my car and bang no code 19 and no problems ither.
