Hondata boost control solenoid

Hey guys, just a little confused. This would replace my boost controller, correct?

the solenoid is a boost controller that is programed through the hondata software. you need to wire it to the ecu and run the appropiate vacuum lines. the ecu itself also needs hardware components installed for it to work
