Default Is this okay for a n00b?

This is what I want for my set-up:

Panasonic CQ-DF801U (already have)
6.5" Sony Coaxials (front)(already have)
6.5" Pioneer Coaxials (rear)(already have)
100 sq ft of RAAmmat60
JL 250/1 Amp
JL 12" w3 v2

I want a little bass for now. In the future I'll have 2 12" JLs, a JL 500/1 Amp, and some Focal components up front. And possibly an Alpine 7894. What do you think for now? Will it sound okay w/ just 1 sub?

Thanks!

good move on the rammmat, make sure you take out all your speakers, put ram mat underneath/in the surrounding area, and put the speakers back in, you'll notice the difference when the speakers are baffled/mounted properly like that.
