b20 vtec problems
I'm running a stock B20 bottom end and a semi-built 99 SI B16 top end in my 95 Integra LS. I'm using a JDM GSR motor harness plugged into the stock vehicle harness with P72 ECU.
The car does not want to start when cold. It takes several tries (10+) to actually stay running. When I finally do get it running, it idles down to around 200rpm until motor becomes warm; then it jumps up to around 1500rpm. I put my LS ECU in, and it cold starts much better. Someone has suggested P28 ECU (Chipped and mapped for GSR). Should I just chip the P72?
Thanks
