No, but you can order redrilled 10.9" rear rotors from Fastbrakes.

 

that funny cuz im going to order their 11" kit for my crx but i want to run solid rotors instead of the drilled and slotted.the reason for this that i hear that heat cracks form where the rotors are drilled

 

They offer solid rotors. I have some from them on my EK.

 

Redrilled S2000 rotors + ITR Calipers + Custom Bracket. Without redrilling and using OEM parts, I don't know of other many other options.

 

This is what i've been doing with good results
this year i will be going RSX calipers though.
S2K rotors are 11.2 inches and the business area is about .350" thick
stock, base model integra calipers are designed for .250-.275" thick rotors
so this is a bit of a problem. pretty sure GSR calipers are the same.
no idea what ITR calipers are. S2K and RSX rear calipers are the same.
maybe some sort of newer civic has these calipers also, not sure
