Need help, getting CEL's #1 and #12 (primary o2 and egr)
I've been on this site since the 90's but lost my old pw and username. Anyways, I've had an h22 swap in my 4th gen Accord since 1999. My problem is that I'm now getting a CEL for #1 and 12 which is the primary o2 sensor and the egr valve. I've replaced the o2 sensor with a new bosch and denso to no avail. Once I clear the code, I start it up and drive and after about 10 minutes, the CEL comes on and the car immediately begins to bog (backfires and runs like garbage). It should be noted that when I first start the car, it runs great until the CEL comes on. I have a brand new cat in the car as well. The EGR valve CEL is driving me insane as well. I've swapped out the control box which has the egr solenoid in it and that seems to have worked for the egr. I recently passed emissions and all was well until now. All the vacuum lines are properly connected and there are no leaks. I've checked the egr for lift (pushing up on the rubber underside of the egr) and it works properly. Does anyone have any idea what these issues could be?
I'm running a p13 ecu on an 01 h22. Also using the original accord wiring harness. None of this has ever been an issue until now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, code #23 comes on, which is the knock sensor. I don't have a KS on the motor. Could that be causing the o2 sensor and egr problem?
