70mm is a good size for your application.
The VictorX inlet is ~65mm, you will want to port/machine to 70mm.
The Edelbrock TPS (potentiometer) is a Ford or GM unit, I forget exactly. The voltage can be scaled/adjusted for open and close in certain OBD1 software, like ectune/Hondata/neptune/crome. If you do not have that software, you can make an adapter to fit the Honda TPS onto the edelbrock TB, or if you are good at electronics, make a resistor board which translates the Edelbrock TPS voltage to the correct Honda voltage.
