Techs Help Coolant/Oil in Spark Plugs of Honda Accord 1995 EX V6
Techs,
I have Honda Accord 1995 EX V6 I am seeing Oil or Coolant in one of the Spark Plug almost from a year now looks like Head Gasket issue.
I changed the Spark Plug, Wires and it started driving fine but liquid was still showing in the Plug place now these days driving rough throwing CEL that Cylinder 1 miss firing as i told you I am still seeing Oil/Coolant in that Plug.
Please help me with pictures or any link describing to fix that Head Gasket issue as one of the mechanic said either replace Engine or either wait for the death of Car;(.
Any cheap or detailed fix would be appreciated.
Please advice,
Best regrads,
FS

most likely, its oil you are getting in the spark plug tubes
very common on older accord 4 cylinders. the spark plug tower seals and rocker arm o-rings get hard and wear out causing an oil leak. never seen it on the v6's personally but seems like thats the case.
when you get enough oil in that tube, it will cause a misfire.

If it is just oil getting in the spark plugs, then it is the tube seals. I just did this fix on my car about a month ago, and it took me about an hour to do it. I just went to the local Auto Zone and asked for a valve cover kit and it came with everything i needed. Valve cover seal and the tube seals. Cost me like 20 bux. But if you do this you will probably need to remove the rocker assembly and be sure to have a torque wrench handy to be sure everything gets back to the right torque ;] Good luck!!
