Car stutters in Gear
Accord 95 EX Manual

Last night I noticed that the car is bogging only when accelerating in gear. It all started yesterday and the acceleration isn't smooth.
-When I am not in gear, it idles perfectly smooth. If I rev it out of gear, its normal, no misses. Seems to only bog at low rpm's in gear.
-If I am driving and I am accelerating and it starts bogging, I can snap it out of gear into nuetral and it stops bogging. Put it back in gear and it starts bogging again.
Here is the list of repairs I have done within the past 9 months I have had the car:
Timing belt 272,000
Rotors 260,000
Changed Front Brake Pads 272,000
Changed CV Axles (Raxle) 255,000
Changed Tie Rods, Upper Control Arm and Ball Joint and Lower Ball Joints: 260,000
Changed Transmission fluid: 277,000
Changed Rear Brake Pads: 277,000
Seafoam: 277,000
Spark Plugs 280,000
Changed PCV valve 280,000
Oil Change 282,000
Any suggestions to fix this prolem?

I checked the wires and no corrosion or any rust on the wires. So I guess it's the coil. Is there any tricks to putting a new coil on? It almost looks plug and play to replace.

check the egr recirculating plate under the fuel rail bolted to the intake manifold. clean it out. probably full of carbon. Use carb cleaner and a small screwdriver.
So I replace the ignition coil, drove it and its still stuttering. Then I inspected the plugs, which look good and replaced those also. It is still stuttering. Still no engine light on. Any more ideas? I will clean the egr recirculating plate as posted above tomorrow.
