I have had my accord since 2001. I have 190K miles on it. I can start the car if it hasn't been driven for 10 minutes or more. If I have it on for 15 minutes or longer then try to start it back on, it wouldn't start. I would have to let it cool off for 5 or more minutes before I can start the car again.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this problem?
