Default DOHC ZC header fitment questions...

im looking for a new header for my hatch cause my greddy header has a crack and the 2-1 piece was welded by previous owner

i got a DOHC ZC and im wondering if this ebay 4-2-1 header will bolt right on on my engine without any clearance issues with the front crossmember or anything...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1992-...Q5fAccessories

also can anybody verify if the outlet size(to the exhaust) really is 2.5'' cause it says inlet and i dont wanna buy the wrong one

also if anybody knows where i can find any other D series header as long as it has 2.5'' outlet please let me know

i asked if anybody could verify me if the posted above ebay header has 2.5'' piping
or if anybody knows of any header that fit the DOHC ZC with no problems and has a 2.5" outlet for piping...
as im running an RSR EXmag that has 2.5'' all around and need to get rid of my cracked greddy header
thanks for the info though

That exhuast does not look like 2.5". Looks more like 2.1/4" and its not mandrel bent at all.

As far as the header down pipe you have posted no,,, it will not bolt up to the ebay header unless you get a dc clone.
you have to buy the ebay header and do that same crap they did to the dc header.

the pic shows the cheap weld they did all the way to the muffler
i do not use that piping at all anymore im just showing why im not using the downpipe anymore on my RSR cause i cant since its welded

im not planning on using greddy header with ebay downpipe nor ebay header and grewddy downpipe(piece of **** shown in the pic)
im tryna use a whole new header (with downpipe) as long as it bolts up good on my ZC with no clearance problems and has a 2.5"
thanks for the info...
anybody wanna tell me if thats 2.5" outlet to piping? or anywhere else i should look for a 2.5" outlet header for a ZC (D series)

You can use any d-series header but you need to have it port matched to the ZC ports as that are slightly different.

Not sure, but it looks to me like all that is needed here is the top half of a dc 4-2-1 for D16A6. That piece should bolt right on to your existing hardware in the photo.
Like Jlicrx's info in the link, if you get the DC header for USDM D16A6, you should not need to port match your DOHC ZC at all, If I am correct.....more info....

that above posted picture is NOT my exhaust setup is the piece of shxt welded piping the idiot did and fxcked up the lower(2-1) portion of the header besides the top part (4-2) is cracked

how much do these headers go for and are they still available or discontinued?
ALSO as far as the porting of the ports in the header...
is it a MUST or just better if done?
do I get this done at machine shop?

It is not a "must" just matches the ports to the head.

It's the same flange pattern as any of the 88-00 Civic D-series headers. Also it's the same flange and port pattern as the 88-89 Integra D-series header, not sure about 86-87 and don't want to assume but I'd guess it's the same as well.
