I did a B20 swap and never replaced the AC compressor. Its been like 3 years that my compressor has been in a box.

Is that too long to re use? Is there a way I can check if its still good?

I just dont wanna put it back on and have to remove it cause its leaking or some crap, it only has 65k miles on it.

Chances are it's still good if it had some residual oil in the system and it was wraped and stored in a clean dry environment. Install it and have a a/c certified mechanic do a leak test and service the system, i.e. flush and charge.
