Default D16A1 Pistons

can they go into a d16a6 without any modifications and would they give my higher compression?

I am pretty sure they will go right into your d16a6. I believe both have the same bore size. It should add some extra compression to your d16a6.

Where'd you get that idea?

Yes they go in and yield higher CR, but get ready to NEED premium fuel after that.

New the set of pistons and rings is like $217.00 or so from Acura. that's with a 25% discount too.
