I've come across a 1980 Honda accord short block that is for sale. It's the 1.8 liter EK1. I have a few questions.
My car is a 1983 Honda Civic 1500dx
1. Will it mount in the same location as my current engine with the EM1 mounts?
2. Will it bolt to my transmission?
3. Will my EM1 head bolt to the EK1 block? (I know a few of the cooant passages are diffferent. All I want to know is if the head bolt pattern is the same.)
4. Is there anything else I should know?
