guys, sorry i promise i searched and i didn't see any information i needed.

i got a gsr eg coupe and a ls eg hatch. i have put a couple be series in eg's


my question is, whats the diffrence with a ef? will a obd2 motor plug into a obd0 wiring harness? i know a obd2 gsr engine harness will plug into a obd1 eg chassis harness. but the iab's and stuff don't plug in..

so are the obd0 plugs the same on the chassis harness? will a regular b series shift linkage fit in a ef? what about the motor mounts? will the same b series motor mounts out of a eg or integra fit in the ef? i never messed with them before but i know where there is a ef body in pretty good shape for 500 bucks.

ps, i know where there is a cable b series tranny, are the cv axles the same? any information is helful. are the splines on a cable tranny and hydro tranny the same?

 

You need to check out the FAQ section in this forum,
You basically need mounts,linkage,must use original ef harness with b16 motor.
Get a jumper harness for the ecu to change obd0 to obd1 or 2 ecu.
