Dont know to much about cars yet, but it looks like im having a leak from the cap? Help

 

Looks like you missed during an oil change, added too much oil, or your oil cap doesn't have the o-ring.

Clean it all up, and run the car at idle and check where it's coming from.

Check your oil levels first, if you have too much it's just as bad as having too little oil.

 

it seems like i have to much oil it goes a little above the last hole, why is it bad to have too much?

 

looks like that valve cover seal next to the oil cap is bad...!!!

 

looks like the caps o-ring is shot.

 

my oil cap wont come off what the hell!

 

because the oil starts getting churned up and becomes aerated. this in turn changes the oils viscosity and prevents it from lubricating important things like bearings properly. having way too much oil will spin a rod bearing, but just a little bit over generally isn't going to cause an issue.
