Default Hytech replicas or Type R 4-1?

Right now im running the Hytech replicas and they're boss as fck. My friend has a pair of type R 4-1 that he wants to trade me.

How much more power does the hytechs reps make over the 4-1? Is it even going to be noticeable? If not i think i want to trade to stay low key but lemme know.

Think he's referring to the "like a boss" video. They try to be pimp, but instead they're just lame. Shouldnt say too much, I have them on my car. Then again, I hate my current teg.

Your to ahead of your self, take a step back and remember every single motor is different so you must take inconsideration where the exhaust manifold is going to benefit the motor. If the motor is not tuned the gains from the header will be very minor if not disrupt the air flow
resulting in the motor to perform poorly, if you don't have the supporting mods for the motor your not gonna get good results with a high flowing header such as the hi tech tri y desighn or replicas if the motor is not tuned, even more with the big tube 2.0l version, if the motor is fairly stock internally and there's no plan to tune the ecu you would benefit more from the jdm itr header they are proven even in my experience to outperform almost all other 4-1 desighn's , even more with the replicas they claim 10hp+ but im not sure i owned the replica and ported the runners a little bit so im not certain. and there oem headers so there's no issue with the law, if you plan to build the motor soon or its got some supporting mods i would keep the tri y header it will dominate the itr 4-1 header especially in higher rpm range. if you wanna keep it sleeper weld 2 brackets on the tri y header and bolt on the oem itr heat shield like me to make it look oem to an untrained eye i'm about to do his to my buddy club tri y header.
