Default sohc help

can i use obd0 b16 pr3 ecu on a sohc vtec setup and will the obd0 distributor fit in the d16y8 head???

i dont have the distributor i just wanted to make sure it will fit befor i buy it

dizzy mounting points are the same for an obd0 si and a y8. i dont think a pr3 ecu will work i with the obd0 dizzy though. i know for sohc obd0 dizzy has different amount of teeth for crank sensor so you cant mix and match. obd2 n 1 u can switch w each other though.

as long as the dizzy/ecu are the same OBD electrically they'll work. Also OBD1 or OBD2 dizzy will work either OBD1 or OBD2 ECU. I ran a Z6 w/ 89 Si distributor and OBD0 PR3 ecu for a while with no problems, just a little rich. Now will the B16 dizzy bolt up right, no.

i need some help about my engine.i have a crx with a hf head and a sohc zc block, what d series is it?or what kind of head fits my sohc zc head?
