Default Rear Disk Conversion! Help

So I have a 00 Civic EX and Im looking to swap my drums for disks in the rear.
What exactly do I need...
I've heard that I can keep this and that from my car but everything seems to contradict itself.

Here in this thread, if you scroll down to the section in bold that reads "Rear Brakes of Your 96-00 Civic" it states in the Common Interchangeability questions that you only need the spindle on your chassis not the whole trailing arm

So, if I get an SI master cylinder, can i use my EK brake booster?
