Default Anyone in the San Jose, CA area willing to help me test an ECU?

I just picked up a P28 Automatic ecu but don't have a way to test if it's good. Is there anyone in this area that wouldn't mind helping me out with this?

TIA!

Open the lid up and look for any burnt electronics or if its has water damage.
You can also smell a bad ecu once u open the cover to the ecu.
You can also plug it into any 92-95 civic standard or auto and see if it starts the car.
if it doesnt its no good

Thanks for the info - I opened it up and everything looked fine, but ideally I'm looking for someone with the 92-95 Civic who wouldn't mind plugging it in. I'm trying to get the ECU to run my MR2 Turbo. I just joined this board so I can't post in the Northern California subforum for 15 days
