check the pin out to the ecu a20 i believe, when i did my swap in a 93 cx i switch the pin outs from a17 to a20, try that i hope i got the pin outs correct.

Search for IAB...theres a thread in Hybrid which helped me get mine working.

 

ya it says A17 pin but tried it and every time i plug back in the A plug to the ecu it doesnt get voltage from that wire....but when the plug is out and just A17 wired to pin there is voltage and secondaries still not working...?

A20 is for evap purge selonoid

 

What I did-

I did not have a PNK/BLU wire, just a RED wire at A20. I tapped into this RED wire, and ran it to A17.

Find the bell looking thing, drivers side on the intake manifold...look underneath...while the car is running take the vaccum hose off or squeeze it or whatever, the lever underneath should move. Have someone watch it while you start the car, it should move when the car is started. Hopefully this helps.

 

Ya i tried putting the wire directly to A17 pinout and secondary doesnt move (IAB diaphram).....

so splice the Red A20 and connect the pink/blue from the connector/engine harness directly to Red A20??? therefore still leaving A17 blank no wire connected...
