Hi guys. i am a newbie to this site, so dont flame on me if i am posting in the wrong section. i read the posting rule already.
i pick up my 94 integra ls from fresno cali in jan 2009. its complete stock with no mods at all. i dd it for 6 months and didnt like the power at wot. so i have my spare 96 gsr motor that i swap into it to make a fun for the weekend. motor was bolt on with spray. i had fun with it for about a week and decide that i wanted more power. so now i am where i am going turbo.
some stuff i change was put on the lips, rear spoiler, rota slips, lower on kyb shock and no name adjustable coil, front and rear camber kit, complete sturt bar from top to bottem at front and rear. amber corner lights and just other little stuff.

so the valve and spring wont flow? yes the t4 turbo will bolt up with this manifold because the manifold is already custom cut and welded with a t4 plate. i already try bolting it up also and it fits without rubbing on the block or front frame.

Interesting that it doesnt rub with that manifold. Anyway, you should have no issue with valve float unless you plan on revving past redline or push some extreme amount of boost. Most likely the sleeves will give out before you float a valve.
yeah took a while to weld up the manifold to fit. you want to i can take some photo and show you how its welded up. the car will be only going to 8200 rpm. trying for 20psi if it can hold on a good tune.
Interesting, everything looks good though. You might hit a limiting factor with that manifold, but you should still be able to get 300-350whp out of it. Seems like my cast manifold like that ran out of gas around 330whp. Given I could've leaned it out and gotten 350-375 out of it, but I didnt care to do that. Good to see you have the S300 though.
Have a pic of the turbine (exhaust side) wheel?

Im not bashing, but it seems like you put a lot of money into your turbo and just used whatever manifold you could find. I had a log on my first car and very quickly wished i had gone with a nicer manifold. A good manifold will help a shitty turbo work better, but a bad manifold will hinder everything

You should read through the Forced Induction forum, namely the FAQ (at the top of the forum page) and make sure you're not making any of the cardinal "nOOb" errors in your build. Good luck! If you need any help, you can feel free to PM me any questions. I have built several turbo setups for myself and others and would be able to guide you in the right direction.
