94-95 coupe windshield different than later 5th gens?
The reason I am asking is because my windshield looks like it is behind the seal along both sides but it looks right at the top and the bottom is hard to tell but it doesnt look wrong. It doesnt leak much but just enough that i get condensation on the inside of my windshield from time to time. Its like right at the sides it is more curved than it should be... idk wtf the problem is...
Is the coupe maybe different from the sedan glass? I am going to take it to a glass shop to have them fix it because the windshield is in pristine condition and I would like to reuse it and just have a new seal put on, but I want to know if its possible that it has the wrong windshield in it and that is why it was installed wrong.
BTW I am nearly positive that the windshield was replaced right before I bought it because there was not even a pit in it at that time.

To my knowledge the windshield is different between Sedan/Coupe. When I had mine replaced I had to specify "coupe".
You can buy the window caulk at like Advanced Auto and attempt to reseal parts of it

the coupe is angled back farther than the sedan is and that is why the parts are different. the coupe glass is bigger
btw it is almost guaranteed that the glass will break when you remove it so might just get a new glass put in.

well i looked at my boss's accord (its a 98 sedan) and realized that hers looks basically the same. i am pretty sure that i just need new trim pieces/seals.
YeuEmMaiMai, i was going to have a shop do the work do you think that they could remove the glass without breaking it so that it could be reused? just trying to get an idea what this will cost me.

damn... well i guess i will try some window sealant. unless the trim pieces that have the seal attached can be replaced without removing the windshield?
i think these are the only pieces that need replaced.
