b18b in ek civic 2 g rev

cars only reving to about 2,200 im using the automatic harness but i pinned and switched the plug for the iac. changed the tps . anyone give me some help

iac, tps and o2s im not running any o2s tho. i have the iac re wired it worked at first then it stopped

its a stock dx ecu. im waiting for my jumper to come to use my obd 1 ls
