Ecu is throwing code 14 anyone with exp or good adivice on what I should replace clean or fix to get this fixed

 

code 14 is EACV.. is your car an Si or Dx?
first locate it and make sure it is plugged in..

If so,pull the hazard fuse under the hood to reset the ecu
and see if the code returns..

If you have removed the engine/wiring harness
you may have the plugs mixed up..

 

The car is hf model. I disconnected the battery and after reconnecting it the car doesn't want to turn on at all now

 

Ok after push starting it car turned on. Still with the same problems after resting the ecu

 

im, getn code 14 to its not si but my engine is .. ther is one lose wire from the catalys im shure but its not throwing that code what chuld this be
