Default where to send a turbo to be rebuilt?

ok i was considering buying a t3 turbo from some guy on partstrader. he said he got it from ebay and never used it. he said it looks like its in good condition but not really sure since he never used it. he's selling it for 30bucks. what i want to know is if the turbo does need to be rebuilt is there any particular place i could send it that would do a better job than say somewhere around me? actually i wouldn't even know where around me i could bring it. oh and would a rebuilt turbo have some reliability issues besides how good of a job the place performed on it? any response would be appreciated.

I got mine rebuild through turbonetics (t3/t4).

It costs a pretty penny. Actually about 35,000 pretty pennies.

We have been boosting a lot ever since. The o rings were shot so they replaced all of those.

Runs fine now,
Dave

ive had mine rebuilt, you can tell if you need to by seeing if any oil leakage signs are coming from the exhaust side of the turbo. or it theres any shaft play/ wobble at all. those are the common signs to look for, and also look for a free spinning turbine.
