Default No Start question

So I have been working on my HF as much as possible with my busy schedule, to figure out why it won't start, I changed the clutch then suddenly it won't start.
I've since then changed, the starter, coil, cap, rotor, wires, and plugs.
also the ingition switch in the dash.

I've verified that I do Have fuel and enough fuel pressure.
as well as no blown fuses and relays are all good, and ECU l.e.d. comes on.

But there is no spark..
I've checked the coil (resistance test) it was fine
and did an ignition tune up.
now I'm starting to think its the dizzy but I'm not sure how to check if thats working or not. anyone know how I'm supposted to test it? I've got one on order for tommarrow, it's only $150 brand new with cap, rotor and coil

any help would be very appreciated.
Thanks much. Casey.

also there is alot of Yellow "dust" on the magnents inside the distributor, maybe it just needs to be cleaned..?

grounds look good. but I took it off and cleaned it and put it back together. hmm.. could it be the pick-up coil? I was told the other day by a friend that the harness for the dizzy is typical issue with honda engines, is this true?

okay.. Now it's agrovating me.. put on the dizzy, new plugs, new wires, still no ****ing start...

the only other thing I can think of is the starter isn't engaging in the flywheel or it's just eating the flywheel up..

so i guess i'll pull the starter out and start from sq 1. also I'll check the ecu again and the main relay bc I still have no spark. and the cam gear doesn't move at all... meaning there would be no spark.

could it be something with the clutch install that I left up to my friend? bc it's really ticking me off and I'm just going to take a break on it until monday.. so I can think of what I need to do.

could it be that the clutch assembly isn't torqued down correctly?
or that theres no fluid in the trans?
the clutch cable isn't adjusted properly?
the neutral switch is junk?
theres something not plugged in or not connected good?

Did the car start before u put the clutch in? You said the cam gear doesnt move?? Prob means your timing belt is broke if the cam gear doesnt move.

yes it started before the clutch was in. the tbelt is fine, but nothing moves, crank, cam nothing, so i'm thinking its like the starter isnt matching up with the flywheel right. so its just trying to engage but just hitting the flywheel against teeth and spinning.. maybe if I can get the starter out and move the flywheel a bit then reinstall the starter in a diff position then it will line up better? not sure how it works but thats what a friend told me had happened to his hatch.

yea or you can just turn the crank pully by hand and try to start it to see if the starter will engage.

I wonder if the engine would even spin after the clutch was installed. I did do some research on this on CRX Community fourm.

heres what I found.. I'm guessing I should just reinstall the clutch, bc I have a very strong feeling they messed something up.

I asked the guy who put the clutch in if they had done it correctly.. he said yeah..
then I asked what did you torque everything down to.. and he looked at me like.. what??? turns out he just tightened the bolts up to no spec at all.

so I'm having the joy of pulling the transmission out by myself. ohh well.. I guess I'll have to improvise adapt and overcome.

Wait, say what???

You said, "but nothing moves" are you saying engine does not turn over?????

The clutch install should have nothing to do with starter motor turning engine over, [cranking], starter motor engages the flywheel, not the clutch.

So I understand, when you turn the ign. key to start, what happens exactly?
Does the starter motor "run"? 94

starts now. Firing order i was looking at was wrong. so now it's correct. it runs. Now i'm on the path to finish my suspension... waiting on a front underbrace bar. then that will be tied up and I can drive it around finally. then comes other work that it needs!
