Default My EF typeR build

After regretting getting rid of my 89 civic hatch and getting a pretty shitty crx since then, I finally found my dream EF.I got it from an older person for the most part had it garage kept. With it came the original title from factory. Besides a pretty shitty alarm system there wasnt nothing in the harness that shouldnt of been. Lucky find and i plan on keeping this one for a while!

After i got it for a really great price, I went home and started tearing everything off. I had it painted a week later (original Rio Red) and bought a 2001 ITR swap, J1 cable tranny, ACT 6puck clutch set-up, RS*R catback exhaust, and Blox testpipe. Its was sitting on Rota gt3 (but now i have polished slipstreams), Tokico struts with eibach springs. Converted to obd1 with chipped ECU.

Recently got the tint removed from back window and got the black strip placed across wind sheild.

Stay tuned. MUCH MORE TO COME!!!

bro where did you get the EXMAG new? and how much
i got a hatch and bought an RS*R but it was for crx so the hooks are like 5 inches more towards the front and im STILL trying to instakk it into my hatch can you post pics of you exhaust setup and if by any chance you know how long the exhaust is...

sick build btw i'd suggest repainting that valve cover

Yea i know that they stopped making them a while back which sucks. I got mine from another company that happened to have like 2 in stock. I beleive the crx setup is 6in shorter but not positive on that.
But If u hurry I think RoBear Racing Has a couple in stock.

The price sucks but u pay for whatt u get.

what size are those slipstreams?
how does the swaped ef compare to the stock in both performance and handling?
What kind of mileage does it get?

The Slipstreams are 16" I wanted the 15's but couldn't find them at the time.
Compared to stock its like night and day. Besides the NO TRACTION issues right now, It runs perfect. Enough power to push u back in ur seat, but the car doesn't get lose going into corners it actually sticks very well. The vtec kick is ridiculous, and sounds amazing with the RS*R. I have no regrets and haven't had a single problem with anything so far.
Right now im getting about 25-27 mpg. So it isn't that bad but its not like the a6.
