AEM Ems is far superior to Hondata and neptune. Just bring it to an AEM recommended tuner and you're golden!

I have to disagree. People on here that know me know I tune A LOT of AEM EMS cars and am even a moderator for AEM. But. I feel Neptune is right there and in some ways better than the AEM EMS for Honda's. Especially the 30-1000. The 30-1000 is an OLD obsolete box. It has a LOT of issues. If anything go with a 30-1040 or Neptune. Now if you want to get into things that most these guys and "tuners" wont use then that's another debate

I still use a 30-1000 box in one of my race cars and have had no issues with it.

The AEM has far more features and ability then ANY stock ecu based software. There is no contest.

The 30-1000 is very buggy and aem no longer supports this box "no parts available for it anymore".I tried to send my 30-1000 back to aem to fix a blown driver and they said retire that box and buy a new one.

Perhaps it's an operator error issue?

Hmmm that's strange... First i've heard of AEM not wanting to work on their own equipment. Good luck!

The new Tuner software is leaps and bounds ahead of the old software. But by no means is ANY stock ecu based software comparable.
