Has any body experience the Aem Programmable Ems? I only ask cause i have a friend that wants to part out his car and im thinking how good are the Aem Ems compared to any other products.

I'd run it but only with the AEM engine position module or T1 cam trigger kit.

 

AEM EMS doesn't require the trigger kit, but is a good system to use nontheless, especially if you have 1) the plug-n-play model for the Honda and 2) the tuner you plan to use, knows how to tune WELL with it. Those should be you biggest priority.
