Get a Ford Ranger and throw it in the bed. GSR = No Towing....regardless of what anyone else says.

Seriously though, I think the Integra's tow limit is like 400lbs including trailer. Clutch will suffer more wear but nothing major. More weight = more stress on the drivetrain, but if it isnt alot more weight and not that often then it should be fine. Seriously though, a 90-95ish Ranger is perfect for this crap.

Towing capacity is 1,000 Ibs including trailer. So, if you get a small open bed trailer and a quad you will be fine. Most quads weigh around 400lbs. You will be even better with a bike instead of a quad.

Load Limits
Total Trailer Weight: The total weight of the trailer and everything loaded in it must not exceed 1,000 Ibs (450 kg).
Towing a load that is too heavy can seriously affect your car's handling and performance. It can also damage the engine and drivetrain.

Tongue Load:
The weight that the tongue of a fully-loaded trailer puts on the hitch should be approximately 10 percent of the trailer weight Too little tongue load can make the trailer unstable and cause it to sway. Too much tongue load reduces front-tire traction and steering control.
To achieve a proper tongue load, start by loading 60 percent of the load toward the front of the trailer and 40 percent toward the rear, then readjust the load as needed.

Gross Vehicle Weight Rating
(GVWR): The total weight of the vehicle, all noccupants, all cargo, and then tongue load must not exceed: 3,680 Ibs (1,670 kg)

Gross Axle Weight Rating
(GAWR): The total weight of the vehicle, all occupants, all cargo, and the tongue load must not exceed: 1,985 Ibs (900 kg) on the front axle n1,740 Ibs (790 kg) on the rear axle
