Default GSR Motor to ITR motor

As of right now I have an GSR motor and tranny in my hatch. I would like to put a ITR motor in it. Now since I have everything from the GSR motor is it possible to switch it over to the ITR motor ie. ECU? Axles? Mounts? Finally should I even do this or just work with my GSR Motor?
Thanks ahead of time

gsr motor is just as good as an itr motor...i'd stay with a gsr for awhile if you dont like it then try the ITR....but you can get just as much power of a gsr and a ITR

Minus the money you'll be putting into it. It depends on where you want to go with the motor.

Unless you can make a PROFIT selling your B18c1 for a B18c5, I would say just stick to the GSR and build on that. An ITR is basically a mildly built up N/A B18c1 from Honda. You can get aftermarket parts that'll make the B18c1 produce much more HP than a stock ITR, and probably end up spending the same amount as locating and buying a legit B18c5. Just my 0.02.

I was looking at staying in NA so thats why I would switch to the ITR motor. I've heard that for NA setups that the ITR was the way to go.

Like Prelude RCR said, unless you you sell the current motor you have for a good price, it probably wouldn't be worth it.

The ITR tranny is better for a NA motor, shorter gear ratios and an LSD.
