there is not a number anyone can put on this, period. It all depends on the tune, what other supporting mods you have etc. maybe look into this a bit more before you make any decisions. i assume the b18 is a LS? if so you will want cams for sure or you will want cams for sure or you are just wasting time

id like to think they're idiots but they don't even pop your valve cover to check if your doing just that?

entry level cams would work.

and no one but a dyno will tell you the numbers.

I just wanna know... are you building a LS? if you are save your money, throw a vtec head on it and be money and power ahead from the get go.

yes im running non vtec ls... but ive swapped tranny to 92-93 style for the gear ratio on the track... i turn 6800 at the end of the straight away in third... swapping to a vtech head is going to change my power band that im in right now correct? its going to want more rpm???

Ill take back what i said. UNLESS you put ARP rod bolts in the bottom end a Vtec head wont do much for you other then cause problems, if you did that though you could turn 8200 w/ a stock vtec head and make alot more power, plus top end will kill on the track.
