Default 1991 acura integra vehicle speed sensor

I am trying to locate the vehicle speed sensor (vss) on my 1991 acura integra ls. does the speedo cable link up to the vss? does the vss have what look like hydraulic lines (2) hooked up to it? I will post a pic of what I think might be it later.

do you know what is contained in the tube lines and what would be the best way to remove them either without spilling any or spilling it into a container? do I even need to remove them? is there a way to test it to see if its broken, just needs maintenance, or is not the problem?

Im pretty sure there is power steering fluid in the lines. I think thats what is used to lubricate the unit.

thats right, those are p/s lines. the ones that lead to the p/s cooler to be exact.

inside that is the speedo gear. its my understanding that the vss is a part of the cluster.

The DA Integra's power steering varies on how fast you are going. If you're doing 15 in a parking lot, you'll need more power steering. Same as if you're doing 100 down the highway you'll need less power steering. This is ran off the speed sensor, thus why the lines go through it.
