hey guyss! i own a 200 itr with 56k , i was racing my buddy yesterday on a closed strip( we both have py itr's) and i over reved the **** out of it on a misshift. i threw in the clutch and saved it as fast as i could but damage was already done. The car starts and runs,, but doesnt feel the same. it spuders when im at idle and has a more noticable knock then it already had. I also now have a blinking cel.... with codes p1302 ( cylinder 2 misfire). p1399 and p1457, im goin to check the plugs today . do you guys think i got luckky and didnt bend or burn any valves ? what other things mite i check if the plugs are good? I appreciate the help.

 

Money shift.

You most likely bent exhaust valves. Run a compression test to confirm and prepare to pull the head.

 

do a leak down test if you can, then you'll know which valve you bent if any
