**Need help! loud squeak sound when turning the wheel**!!!
Everytime i turn the wheel to the left or right, it something squeaks really loud, but idk what it is, maybe steering rack? tie rod? ball joints? help!
The belt that runs from the power steering pump to the crank pulley. If it gets wet or loose, it may squeak or more of a squeal.
You may want to replace it, shouldn't cost that much at parts store.

does it matter if the car is on or not? when the car is off, it squeaks loud as hell!

I believe your problem is going to be either your ball joints or tie rods. once this parts get dry they start squeaking. go to each side of the car and jounce it, this way you will be able to isolate the problem to the side where its coming from. check the boots that cover the ball joints or tie rods, if they are ripped most likely thats the problem.

its your power steering pump giving out trust me it happened to me with my 92 accord it would make loud squeaking noise everytime i turned, you can get one at a junk yard for like 50 bucks it comes with the pully also.
Well if your car squeaks when its not running it can't have anything to do with the power steering.
I'd say go to any tool store and get a stethoscope, put it on the ball joints and outter tie rods one at a time. You'll know right off which one it is when you find it. This is also a good tool to have for diagnosising other noise issues too.

well also when i hit bumps, it also squeaks without turning the wheel
I had the same problem on my '04 F-150, and it was the lower ball joints. It's a different vehicle, but conceptually the suspension is the same. Go out and check the boots on the ball joints to see if they are torn.
i replaced the lower ball joints, was thinking it could be the upper or the tie rod end ball joint
This is sort of a dumb solution, but when i used to live in NC where it was cold in the winter my steering wheel would squeak, I think just because some parts contracted and thus rubbed. When it warmed up it stopped. I just dealt with it until my car warmed up though and it never caused a problem.
This recently just happened to me as well. It ended up being my ball joint. Might wanna get it checked out fast cause i kinda blew mine off for a couple weeks than one day doing about 5 mph the ball joint popped out of place and snapped my axle.
which ball joint are u talking about, tie rod end? or the upper one? i just replaced my lower one.
