I've been doing some research and found out that b-series swap axles won't fit STD hatches because of a difference in the knuckle. I was wondeing if anyone has knowledge as to whether DX axles will bolt up to my hubs. Thanks. (Not doing b-series swap, just want to know if there really is a difference in the knuckles/hubs)

 

yes, the std and hf models use smaller outer splines.

 

Inner ones are the same than right? So I can use my Si trans on my D15B1?

Now what keeps me from using my stock STD outer axles with proper midshaft from a DA and DA inner axle when doing a GSR swap?

 

b series axles are needed...they be diff lengths

b series has an intermediate shaft.

if you have std knuckles you CANNOT use dx axles on them

 

you need DA axles and the 1/2 shaft for them to work. you also have to get DX/SI knuckles cause the hub splines are larger than the STDs.
