Default SSR Comps in 15x7.5... anyone have these rims? problems?

I'm thinking of getting comps in 15x7.5 as these are the only size listed in 15". A while back, someone (a fairly reputable member, I might add) said that a 7.5" wheel would require rolling of the back fenders and that no 7.5" wheels would fit on type R's w/o modification.

So, anyone actually have the 15x7.5" comps on their ITR's? If so, do you have problems with clearance? I'm planning on using 205/15 tires, if that matters.

thanks for any help.

I'm very happy with mine.
Fit just fine with 205/50/15 032Rs.
No spacers or anything needed and didn't appear to rub anywhere.

I've been happy with mine too. I run 205/50-15 Azenis without any rubbing.

Yep, they work fine. Only if your car is slammed with no camber in the rear you will need to roll the back lip.

thanks for the replys.

just to make sure, you've all got 7.5" width wheels correct? what is your offset in this width? any other "issues" that I should be concerned with before I purchase these wheels?

Here's more reassurance. I bought 15x7.5 SSR Comps from Tire Rack, I run 205/50/15 tires, they don't even come close to rubbing. Plus, with the 7.5 width, the wheel/tire combo looks so wide, it makes the stance look more aggresive.

I have stock ride height with mine. I haven't measured caliper clearance, but it is not an issue.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it is "far" from rubbing. I don't think the tires will rub the fender liner, but there is less than a finger width between the inside of the tire and the trailing arm on the rear susspension. This will vary depending on the construction of the tire. The Azenis seem to have a pronounced lip that creeps a little past the width of the rim.
