Need help from the HONDA masters.....Please help
i once bought a used dizzy and it would only bog around 4,000-5500 RPM. the o2 sensor shouldn't cause the problem but maybe the IACV could be an issue
could be alot of things.. try checking the timing.. might be off. or if you got time & money switch the harness.. might be a lose connection somewhere

AHH yes its an issue with your fast idle control valve. ive had problems like that and the IACV light goes on because the fast idle control is connected via coolent lines to the IACV but basically there is a spring in the fast idle control that some times can work itself loose . but can be easily fixed by taking it apart and tightening the flat head style screw keeping the spring down there.. I was amazed when i found this out
Also make sure your IACV plug wires arent freyed that caused a problem in mine 2

just curious but did you ever do the 3 to 2 wire IACV conversion? If so is it wired correctly? Is your O2 code for the primary or secondary O2?
Thats interesting i guess i still have the OBD0 intake many on my 99-00 motor as soon as i get the cash ill change that so i guess i didnt know that the fast idle was the older gen. that makes sense bcause the 99-00 doesnt have that vacuum pot on the top of the TB either to keep the butter fly from moving to much during engine breaking
