I have a 95 del sol with a 93 jdm h22 my vtec will not engage. I've replace distributor, solenoid, speed sensor, switched out ecu with a known good one, there are no cel on, also speedo is hit and miss, checked all wires behind gauge cluster. if there are any suggustions please let me know. i really need to get it running.
