well i bout a new civic but it doesn't have the ac set ,will the heater still work ?
if not wat do i need to make it work ?

 

AC set? Perhaps you mean the climate control in the dash?

 

sorry i meant the whole ac unit

 

u need the box that goes under the dash for the heater to work...... oh and the blower too

 

the box is near the glove department rite ? and where's the blower at ?

 

the box should be in between, dats the AC. the heater is right at the middle, and the blower is at the beggining of the passenger side (its white) you wont miss it

the one on the right is the blower, then AC, then heater.
you need the AC box just to have the heater.
gut out the AC box first...if u have one.

after i get the box than what do i do ?

 

the AC box??? its the one in the middle....first make sure it is the same year as yor car other wise it wont work.......once you got the right AC box, open it, gute it out, put it back together, then put it in the car.

 

so it's the white box rite ? and once i put the box back it will work ?

 

nope, the white one is the blower, the AC, is the one next to it

 

the small black box = AC

 

so it's that one ok,so after i put the box wat the next step ?

if you wanna keep the AC, dont gut out the AC box. just keep everything in there and get anything that is missing from the AC, lines, condenser, etc, etc. and take it to a shop so they can charge it and check for leaks.

 

oh ok well my car needs the lines and the condenser
where the line connect 2 ?

 

from the AC box to the condenser.......if you dont really know wat ur looking at or doing, just go to a shop with all the parts that you need, jst to be on the safe side.
