Default DA problems need help!

Whats up guys,

Everytime i step on it the car it feels like its hitting the rev limiter at 4500 rpm and i have to change gears. It happens every gear. also at the same time i step on it the rpm gauge starts jumping everywhere! Iv change the Igniter and it was working fine for 30 till it went bad! I changed the Dizzy cap and was work great till it went to crap! As well i check the engine light and got code 10 and 17! I checked online to see wha code it was and came out that it was the speed sensor and Intake air tempersure sensor with i change the i.a.t.s.! I have a feeling it could be the complete dizzy or the ecu! the reason i say ecu cuz water leaks under the dash where the ecu is! Dose anyone know what it could be???
Thanks!

I just had very similar problem and it came out to be a bad injector ground wire... it was slightly pulled out from the clip...
