Default FINALY....My Junk Yard Turbo Build Up page.....

http://www.thezcresource.com/html/jnkyrdturbo.html

I have worked for over 2 weeks gathering my info together for this page. In my opinion, it is the best page so far about doing a junk yard turbo setup on a D series CRX/civic.

Requests, comments are always welcome

Thanks
Bryson

But i have the d16a6 motor I built mine like a junkyard kit.....do you think i should bump down to a 14b or what? I was thinking about sending the 16 to be ball bearing at a company but i dont know where to send it.

Bryson. I will be using this page a lot, especially when I get tired of this TD04H crap and want a T25 or 14B.

Thanks for all the responses!!

Is there anything you would like added? I am going to be very flexible with the information and pictures that are displayed.

There are some more pics coming such as:

-Schematic of oil feed line, part, by part.
-closer pics of the turbo catch can setup.

If you want anything added, just let me know.

Thanks...

Beer for everyone!.....

More intercooler routing tips. This was the biggest PITA of my entire turbo install. Also, more information on the T25 and what is needed in order to make it work... Like, a T25 will bolt up to what all manifolds, and what is needed to make it work w/ this intercooler and WG?

Other than that, Bryson; you are a god. And I mean that in a totally heterosexual male-to-other-turbo-zc'd-car way.

for another awesome job well done.

Nice job on the page man My setup is the exact same except on a d16z6
I was wondering if you think t-25,14b,16g would be best?
I do need some more pictures of the intercooler piping and the way you drilled the wholes to bolt the housing up.

well before you plan on your turbo....what are your plans for the engine it self?

Are you going to build it up internally?

If your looking for more power in the future, you might as well go for the 16G.

If your total plans for the project are too keep the engine internally stock, the T-25 would be your best bet.
